Upperby

Upperby Methodist Chapel was part of the Carlisle Cecil St Circuit, built over one hundred years ago. During 1926 a generous sized hall was built, attached to the chapel to accommodate the Sunday school and the many midweek activities.

Today we hold a friendly Sunday morning service, a short mat bowls club and a monthly Saturday coffee afternoon.

We are members of the Carlisle South Mission Community along with our friends at St Herbert’s, St John’s and St Elizabeth’s churches.

The Hall is available to hire for Children’s parties etc. To book please contact a Church Steward.
